Enrilo the surprise star as De Rasher Counter leads the way in Ten to Follow
The Paul Nicholls-trained Enrilo featured in only 16 Tote Ten to Follow stables but he has rewarded the faith of his supporters with 35 points.
Enrilo won the Ballymore Winter Novices' Hurdle at Sandown on Friday, his big price on the Tote – £10.40 to win and £4.30 a place – added 15 points to the 20 achieved for scoring at Grade 2 level. He is the third top-scoring horse in the leaderboard.
His trainer revealed after the race that he believed the five-year-old was "capable of winning something good in the spring", so perhaps he could continue to capture big points.
Esprit Du Large was another surprise name among the highest points scorers having amassed 45.4 points after his win in the Read Road To Cheltenham At racingtv.com Henry VIII Novices' Chase.
Evan Williams' five-year-old returned £15.70 after his Grade 1 victory on Saturday, and he features in just 44 stables. The Racing Post Arkle, a bonus race in the Tote Ten to Follow, could be his seasonal target.
Ladbrokes Trophy hero De Rasher Counter leads the top-scoring horse standings after landing the first bonus race of the season.
Picked by just 4 per cent of players, he scored 60.9 points from his win in Newbury's famous handicap last weekend.
Elsewhere, the weekend saw Walk In The Mill (featuring in 71 stables) capture the Randox Health Becher Handicap Chase at Aintree, earning him 29.3 points.
At Sandown the feature contest went to the imperious Defi Du Seuil (included in 47 per cent of entries), his gutsy success over Un De Sceaux scored him 28.5 points.
