Ken Condon is hoping his Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas winner Romanised can rediscover his best form this autumn, with the Curragh trainer targeting Group 1 prizes at Longchamp's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe meeting or British Champions Day at Ascot.

Owned by Robert Ng, Romanised was far from disgraced in fifth behind the ultra-impressive Alpha Centauri in the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville last month, bouncing back from a below-par display on ground that proved too quick in the St James's Palace Stakes.
