Champion pony racer Taylor Fisher one of four to miss out on Balding opportunity
Devon schoolboy Taylor Fisher, recently crowned leading pony rider in the country for 2019, has revealed he is the second of four would-be apprentices to miss out on postings with Andrew Balding as a result of the recent row over apprentice pay.

Fisher, who turned 15 two months ago, won five of the series of racecourse races staged by the Pony Racing Authority (PRA) across the country this year, racking up 80 points, 35 clear of Davies.
