Bryony Frost, Golden Sixty and an exciting juvenile among this week's winners
The Racing Post's awards will honour the best (and sometimes worst) performances and raise talking points from the last seven days of racing. This week's winners are . . .
Feel-good moment of the week
Bryony Frost's winner at Warwick
It was hugely poetic that at almost the exact moment Frost was returning to the winner's enclosure at Warwick on Graystone, the independent disciplinary panel was delivering a guilty verdict against Robbie Dunne for his bullying of the 26-year-old jockey.
There was a lot of meaning behind the warm cheers from happy punters which greeted her at a time when support from the rest of the racing industry has been less openly obvious.
'These people are mega' - Frost enjoys warmest of receptions for timely winner (Members' Club)
Performance of the week
The king of Hong Kong once again proved his supreme quality with a 16th straight victory, five of the last six of which have come at Group 1 level.
Is he the best miler in the world? That claim was certainly enhanced as he won his second Hong Kong Mile in decisive fashion, and he seems to only be getting better at the age of six. A clash with Baaeed, while sadly unlikely, would be a sight to behold.

Ante-post mover of the week
Cheltenham's International fixture, as well as the fare at Doncaster and Fairyhouse on Saturday, provided plenty of clues looking forward to the spring festivals, but perhaps the horse whose reputation was done the most favours didn't even run this week.
The Dan Skelton-trained In This World was trimmed to 8-1 (from 10) for the Triumph Hurdle after the two horses he thrashed at Warwick last month – Graystone and Interne De Sivola – franked that form with easy victories of their own this week.
Not only that, in his only start in France In This World beat Fil D'Or – who is now the only horse ahead of him in the market for the Triumph Hurdle.
Trainer of the week
One of the highlights of Saturday's action was Sam Twiston-Davies's post-race interviews, in which he repeatedly lavished praise on his father and his 'big balls' after Guard Your Dreams won the International Hurdle.
It was a fifth victory in the race for Twiston-Davies snr, who had clearly been at loggerheads with his son over where to race Guard Your Dreams next. The trainer got his way and was rewarded handsomely, with Vienna Court's triumph on Friday giving him a Cheltenham double over the two days.
Ride of the week
Angus Cheleda on Miranda
The conditional jockey's task looked an impossible one when the Paul Nicholls-trained Miranda blew the start in the 2m mares' handicap hurdle at Ludlow on Monday.
The six-year-old was reluctant to race and gave up 15 lengths to her rivals, but Cheleda stayed calm and quietly got her back in touch with the leading group before pipping Voice Of Calm by a nose on the line.
An honourable mention must go to 7lb claimer Archie Bellamy for his terrific winning ride on Lively Citizen at Cheltenham on Friday, a performance he matched with a euphoric celebration.

Redemption of the week
My Drogo and Coole Cody
On the same weekend at Cheltenham in November, My Drogo and Coole Cody both suffered crashing falls at the second-last fence robbing them of potential victory.
A month later, they returned to the same track and exorcised those demons in emphatic fashion. Coole Cody's love affair with Prestbury Park continued as he added the Racing Post Gold Cup to his 2020 Paddy Power Gold Cup win, while the Skeltons and My Drogo can look forward to what promises to be an entertaining career over fences.
