George Boughey was delighted with his Royal Lodge candidate Bow Echo after he worked his big juvenile hope in preparation for next week's Cambridgeshire meeting.
Bow Echo is already 12-1 second favourite for next year’s 2,000 Guineas after back-to-back wins and most recently accounted for the smart Publish in the Listed Ascendant Stakes at Haydock a fortnight ago.
The son of Night Of Thunder came away from a smart lead horse under Billy Loughnane over seven furlongs and his connections intend to pay £10,000 to supplement him for next Saturday's Group 2 Tattersalls Online Royal Lodge Stakes.
