Trainer Adam Nicol has been the subject of this fantastic interview by Andrew Dietz, discussing the "massive gamble" he took when starting training during Covid and how he has hit the jackpot with Minella Study, the Cheltenham winner he believes would be much shorter for the Triumph Hurdle if trained by a bigger name. Inevitably, the incredible surroundings for his horses, overlooked by Bamburgh Castle on the Northumberland coast, were also a big part of the conversation.
