Determination, hunger and a McCoy-like drive - three riding greats say Sean Bowen can dominate for years to come
Jockey is set to be crowned as champion for the first time on Saturday

Three champion jockeys have backed Sean Bowen to dominate the riders’ standings for years to come as he prepares to be crowned for the first time on Saturday.
Richard Johnson, John Francome and Peter Scudamore, who won a combined 18 British jump jockey titles between them, praised Bowen for the attitude, determination and resilience that has propelled him clear of previous champions Harry Skelton and Harry Cobden at the top of the standings.
Johnson was champion jockey four years in a row between 2015-16 and 2018-19 and said he saw similarities between himself and Bowen in their approach to riding.
