Constitution Hill sore but fine as Nicky Henderson plans to give out-of-sorts star 'physical and mental break'

Nicky Henderson has reported Constitution Hill to be a bit sore but nothing more serious after his disappointing run in Friday's Punchestown Champion Hurdle as the trainer looks to give his out-of-sorts star a "physical and mental break".
Constitution Hill was on a retrieval mission following falls at Cheltenham and Aintree, but he was a shadow of his former self when beaten out of sight behind State Man, who recorded his third straight success in the race.
After suffering his first defeat in completed starts under rules when trailing home in fifth, Constitution Hill was found to have grazes to his right hind cannonbone and to be sore in a post-race veterinary check, while James Bowen reported his mount had stopped quickly.
