Tony Martin knows Anibale Fly has history against him in his bid to carry top weight of 11st 10lb to victory in the Randox Health Grand National.

While much of the chat has been about Tiger Roll's quest to become the first back-to-back victor since 1974, the County Meath trainer is well aware no horse has carried more than 11st 9lb to win the race since Red Rum with 12st that year.

Martin is admirably philosophical about the nature of the challenge facing the JP McManus-owned nine-year-old.
