Paddy Power Cheltenham November Meeting Day 2 preview
Super Saturday wastes no time getting started, with the card kicking off with the Grade 2 Juvenile Hurdle.
James Owen has landed this race in each of the past two years and he brings Hallelujah U for his first start over hurdles. The three-year-old finished two lengths behind Scandinavia in the Bahrain Trophy Stakes and is well fancied. Precious Man makes his first start for Dan Skelton and is 3-1 alongside Hallelujah U in the betting; he has had just two starts in France, finishing first and second. One Horse Town could be one to watch, he has landed back-to-back wins over hurdles for Harry Derham and is 10-1 for this step up in grade.
After the Amateur Jockeys' Handicap Chase, the Grade 2 action continues with the Paddy Power Arkle Challenge Trophy Trial Novices' Chase, and July Flower heads the market for Henry de Bromhead. The six-year-old mare was a Grade 3 hurdler last season and tackles fences for just the second time, having won at Leopardstown on her chasing debut.
Last year's winner Il Ridoto is back again, hoping to recapture that form for Paul Nicholls at 5-1.
The rest of the card has some eye-catching runners. Supremely West makes his second start for Dan Skelton in the From the 3m Handicap Hurdle, after a promising run in a Pertemps qualifier last time out. While Kap Boy also makes his second start for Olly Murphy, with Sean Bowen guiding the 8-1 shot in the 2m5f Handicap Hurdle.

With Paddy Power offering a total of £60 in Cheltenham November Meeting day 2 free bets, there are plenty of options available for you to bet on. Here are some ideas:
- Kate O'Riley to win the JCB Triumph Trial Juvenile Hurdle with @12-1 with Paddy Power
Trained by James Owen, this three-year-old filly has only recently gone hurdling and looks good value at 12-1, especially with Sean Bowen booked.
She’s a half-sister to Big Orange, winner of the Gold Cup at Royal Ascot, and made a taking hurdling debut at Ludlow, scoring by four lengths. That was only her first run over obstacles, so she could easily be the type to progress further.
- Coming Up Easy to win the Paddy Power Gold Cup @12-1 with Paddy Power
At 12-1, the seven-year-old looks a real value play on his first start in Britain for Henry de Bromhead.
Things never really clicked for him on the Flat, but he’s been unstoppable since being sent chasing. He made all to win by eleven lengths at the back end of last season, then followed up under a 9lb rise at Cork. At the end of August, he stepped it up again, landing a Listed race at Killarney. This runner is at his best on a sounder surface, with his only Flat win coming in heavy ground. If conditions hold up, he should go very well.
