Crystal Palace vs Manchester City in the FA Cup final: date, time, latest betting odds and how to watch

Crystal Palace and Manchester City meet in the FA Cup final on Saturday and both teams will be desperate to get their hands on the trophy at Wembley, but for very different reasons. 

The Eagles overcame lower-league opposition in their opening three games, beating Stockport, Doncaster and Millwall before taking down London rivals Fulham in the quarter-finals. 

Oliver Glasner's side then pulled off a minor shock when routing Champions League quarter-finalists Aston Villa 3-0 in the semi-finals and they will be hoping this trip to Wembley will be just as successful, with Palace still on the hunt for the first major trophy in their 164-year history.

Manchester City, meanwhile, have endured a poor season by their standards. Having won the Premier League four times in a row, Pep Guardiola's juggernauts were never even in the title race this time around. 

The FA Cup is their only shot at silverware and the Citizens, who lost last season's final 2-1 to their rivals Manchester United, are favourites to lift the trophy on Saturday. 

Palace could fancy their chances at an upset, however, as they boast a far better record against Guardiola than most sides and it would be a major surprise to see a boring game play out at Wembley, given the last four meetings between the pair have produced a total of 21 goals.

Who is the favourite for the FA Cup final?

It is unsurprising to see the seven-time winners, Manchester City, priced as favourites for Saturday's showdown.
