Some of jump racing's biggest names feature on Ascot's seven-race card, including Cheltenham Gold Cup hopeful L'Homme Presse and Arkle winner Edwardstone, although connections will no doubt be on weather watch with the going described as good, good to firm in places on Monday but with up to 18mm of rain forecast before the weekend.
A possible field of nine could feature in the Coral Hurdle, with Goshen – also entered over fences at Ascot on Friday – the Willie Mullins-trained Saint Sam and Constitution Hill's stablemates Call Me Lord and Theatre Glory also in the reckoning.
