What they say: 'It's probably 60-40 that he goes for the Ultima'

Sue Smith, trainer of Vintage Clouds
He'll go to Cheltenham. Everybody was delighted with how he ran at Doncaster. He battled on well and was unlucky. He loves it round Cheltenham and if we can keep him in the same form he should run a good race. I think the Ultima will be the one he goes for.

Sandy Thomson, trainer of Empire Steel and Doyen Breed
I was really pleased with Empire Steel last time and we're mulling over options at the moment. The race at Kelso has been slightly scuppered but I'll speak to the owner on Wednesday night to decide what we're going to do. It'll be the Ultima or the Scottish National for him and he'll have a huge chance wherever he goes. One who definitely won't run in the Ultima is Doyen Breed.

Joseph O'Brien, trainer of Busselton, Embittered and A Wave Of The Sea
The handicapper has been hard on Busselton. The Plate looks the most likely option for him but there are options at home as well. Embittered will run in the Grand Annual. He was going okay in the race last year when he fell but there was a long way to go. A Wave Of The Sea is in the Plate and the Grand Annual. I'm not sure which way he'll go yet.
