Wednesday's free horse racing tips: super selections from our experts

Handicappers' nap

Wind Of Hope(3.30 Hexham)

Well treated on old form and shaped with a bit of promise when plugging on into fourth at Sedgefield on his second run back after a long break. This stiffer test should suit.
Steve Mason

Newmarket nap

Eastern Sheriff (5.40 Kempton)

The son of Lawman has been showing up nicely in his work on Racecourse Side and has plenty of experience of the all-weather. Hugo Palmer's newcomer is well drawn in stall three.
David Milnes

Eyecatcher

Good And Hardy (1.45 Chepstow)

Well backed on his seasonal debut but would have preferred a more even gallop. He should prove well up to winning off this mark.

Our analysts from Raceform find eyecatchers at all meetings in the UK and Ireland, every day. Essential subscribers can read their expert view on every race

Irish Angle

Sceptical (5.25 Dundalk)

Shaped well on debut when running on well for third over 5f following a slow start at this track three weeks ago. Should appreciate the extra furlong.
Tony O'Hehir

Ace Tipster

Peckinpah (7.40 Kempton)

Unexposed three-year-old who has been crying out for a longer trip on the all-weather. Didn't handle Goodwood last time but much more is expected here for his in-form yard.
Tom Collins

Speed Figures

Flinck (2.40 Warwick)

A creditable third over further here last month, he should be suited by the shorter trip and looks on a fair mark for his handicap bow.
Dave Edwards

Spotlight nap

Lamanver Pippin (2.50 Chepstow)

Heavy-ground novice hurdle winner last season. Held his own against higher-rated rivals when creditable fourth in Ffos Las novice chase last month and that makes him of strong interest in this handicap.
Ben Hutton

Dark horse

Flaming Spear (6.10 Kempton)

Winner of three of his four all-weather starts including this race last year. Lightly raced this campaign and can bounce back to form.
Sam Hardy

Must-have stat of the day

Nicky Henderson has won with six of his last seven runners in chases at Warwick (+£15.58 to £1 level stakes), improving to 4-4 in non-handicaps. Mister Fisher (2.10) can make a winning debut over fences in the 2m novices' chase.
