Newton Abbot Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders with his selections for a £50,000 guaranteed pool

Only 33 horses were declared for the first six races at Newton Abbot, so a thin perm is advised for the Placepot.

Lord has the best form in the opening 2m1f juvenile hurdle (1.58) and should be tough to beat for Olly Murphy.

The 2m1f novice hurdle (2.28) looks a good opportunity for Jack Hyde, who is rated 123 after a solid fourth in a Class 2 handicap hurdle at the Grand National meeting when last seen.

Just A Memory appeals as the most reliable option in the 2m5f conditional riders' handicap chase (2.58). She pulled well clear of the third when second to a subsequent winner last time and runs off the same mark.

The four-timer-seeking Puddlesinthepark has his conditions again and can capitalise on a 5lb lower hurdles mark in the next (3.28).

Leloopa landed a valuable handicap hurdle at Kelso two starts back and catches the eye in the 2m1f handicap hurdle (2.58). It's All About You, successful on the Flat recently, also merits inclusion.

Chasing debutant Juggernaut, a progressive hurdler, has standout claims in the final leg (4.30) providing he takes to fences.
