Lingfield Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders with his perm for the £50,000 guaranteed pool

Polar Rebel ran a significant career best when third on her stable debut for Charlie Clover last time and will be a huge player if building on that in the 7f apprentice handicap (2.30) that opens the Lingfield Placepot. 

Gilet usually runs in much better races than the following 7f handicap for three-year-olds (3.00) and can be given another chance after meeting trouble in running at Glorious Goodwood. 

Lady Lucky Vegas is interesting on her second start in the 5f novice (3.32). Dropping in trip could be just the ticket after she struggled at Newmarket's July meeting. 

Only a winner will do in the 1m1f fillies' handicap (4.07) and topweight La Ferveur could be up to giving Richard Newland and Jamie Insole a quickfire double after showing ability in France. 

Handicap debutante Charming Princess is the other to keep onside for the in-form Ralph Beckett.  

Foinix landed the classified race (4.42) last season and can go well again with Oisin Murphy booked. Three-year-old Aoife's Thunder has also hinted at winning a race of this nature.

The two to stand out in the final leg (5.17) are Estimaid, who will be dangerous if getting her own way in front and Both Of Us, who got no run when fourth at Salisbury.
