There has never been a Flat season like this one and the rescheduled fixture list makes trying to predict which horses are going to line up in the St Leger at Doncaster extremely difficult.

On the same weekend there is the Group 1 Grand Prix de Paris over a mile and a half for three-year-old colts and the Irish St Leger as well, so when you are Aidan O'Brien and have about a dozen potential Leger runners, any one of them could go to Longchamp or the Curragh rather than Doncaster.
