Scopey Sam ­Missile is worth another chance upped in trip 5.05 Doncaster

There was a lot to like about the way Sam Missile ran away with a mile maiden at Kempton over the winter by six lengths. After running green, he finished well and looked in need of further.

This big and scopey type hasn’t made the progress expected in two subsequent starts, but he has always looked likely to need time and distance. That suggests he is worth another chance now upped to 1m4f for the first time following another month off the course.
