The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with two to follow on Monday

BANKER

Full Throttle(5.05 Ludlow)

Laura Thomas' nine-year-old gelding has more than paid his way in points over the years and has a decent record of three wins and a second from four starts under Rules. He looks to have a great chance of adding another victory to that tally in this hunter's chase, a race he won last year. He beat the useful Creevytennant comfortably 12 months ago and there's nothing in this field of his talent this time around. He was last seen under Rules finishing a clear second to Shotavodka, who has since run the 131-rated Virak close at Haydock and, with Zac Baker booked, he should follow up.

GOOD THING

Black Narcissus (4.55 Wincanton)

Pulled up on three of his first four starts this season before undergoing wind surgery in January. Better run to finish fifth on his return to action at Towcester but then never travelled on his next start at Taunton, when finishing tenth of 11. His mark dropped rapidly as a result and, having found himself competing off 92, he ran a much better race in first-time cheekpieces to finish a five-length second to Alberto's Dream on his penultimate start. The winner, who was then running off a mark of 80, has scored three times since and now competes off 35lb higher. Black Narcissus duly went one better when last seen and, although he's 7lb higher, he's still well treated on last season's efforts.
