The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with three to follow on Wednesday

It's a big weekend for John Gosden, who runs the well-fancied Johnny Barnes at Haydock
John Gosden: trainer of Msayyan

BANKER

Msayyan(1.30 Nottingham)

John Gosden's son of Camelot was extremely unlucky not to get off the mark at the first time of asking when hampered multiple times in the run at Kempton, eventually only going down by a neck to a 33-1 outsider. He showed he had plenty of ability that day and the extra half-furlong won't harm his chances. Frankie Dettori replaces Robert Tart and this Derby-entered colt should make amends.

EYECATCHER

Stylish Dancer(3.55 Lingfield)

Almost certainly well handicapped off a mark of 67, as well as receiving 8lb weight-for-age allowance, this should be a penalty kick for Luca Cumani's thrice-raced daugher of Nathaniel. She was faced with two difficult maidens to start her career, before proving she had enough talent in the locker to win a race or two when second behind Mixboy at Ripon. That winner has since run creditably in a handicap off a mark of 78 and despite stepping up from 1m4f to 2m, she looks the only improver in this field and should win.

IRISH ANGLE

Artic Pearl(3.40 Punchestown)

There look to be a few jollies on the Punchestown card that, barring accidents, should win their respective races in the shape of Campeador, Cracking Smart and Petit Mouchoir. However, they're all likely to be very short prices and the best bet on the card could be Artic Pearl. His career form figures of 006668U are hardly inspiring, but he has been fancied on his last three starts and would have won but for a slipped saddle approaching the last when unseating Roger Loughran 11 days ago. He's prone to a mistake, so your heart will be in your mouth over the obstacles, but he has the raw talent to dispose of these.
