The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with three to follow on Monday
BANKER
Mark Walford's three-year-old didn't show much in four runs in novice company to kickstart his career but cashed in off a mark of just 51 on handicap debut when readily accounting for nine rivals. He was 2lb wrong at the weights that day but, after breaking well, never saw another rival and dotted up by four lengths on soft ground. He was turned out again quickly five days ago when third at Catterick, but he's perhaps better over this six furlong trip and met trouble in running on multiple occasions. He's another 4lb higher here, but it doesn't look a tough race and I'd be surprised if he didn't prove too good.
GOOD THING
Sky Eagle(4.55 Wolverhampton)
With just five starts to his name, Sky Eagle could be just about anything over staying trips and he looked a horse to keep on your side when scoring at Kempton when last seen in November. The all-weather seemed to be the catalyst to better performances from Ed Walker's son of Lope De Vega and he's probably unfortunate to not be 2-2 on the surface. However, he won nicely when last seen and finds himself just 4lb higher. The subsequent break would have done him the world of good and the booking of Andrea Atzeni is noteworthy.
EYECATCHER
Litigation (7.50 Southwell)
Four-year-old Albizzia is likely to be well found in the market but has to give a stone or more to her rivals and, on her first start on the Fibresand, I'm happy to take her on. James Tate's Litigation won really well on her debut here last month, beating the useful Silchester by a neck with the first two miles clear of their opponents and she can follow up under Luke Morris. Carrying just 8st 8lb, the daughter of Foxwedge should be open to improvement and although the step up in trip isn't necessarily a huge plus on her pedigree, she should stay well enough to score.
