The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow on Monday
BANKER
Pact Of Steel (8.45 Kempton)
Harry Dunlop's colt took ages to get the hang of the racing game but he seems to have turned the corner this summer, with much better performances the last twice when recording form figures of 21. Well backed into 7-4 favouritism at Wolverhampton on his penultimate start, Pact Of Steel got outfoxed by a well-handicapped rival but finished over three lengths clear of the third and duly made amends last time. He travelled like a dream throughout that contest and stuck on powerfully up the straight to record his first success in ten starts. Up 5lb and over a furlong further, Pact Of Steel should follow up under Jim Crowley.
