Jonjo O'Neill's gelding was one of my five jumps horses to follow last season but he failed to put it all together, recording form figures of 624 in novice chases. He looked dramatically on the improve the year before in novice hurdles and remains of serious interest off this chase mark if he sorts his technique out. He has made bad mistakes in all three runs this year but wasn't beaten overly far last time when stepped up to this kind of trip and has been dropped 1lb since. Based on his hurdling form, he looks absolutely chucked in off a mark of 120 and a more aggressive ride (held up last on all three runs this year) can see him to better effect.
