Unexposed four-year-old who made the perfect start to his career with Alan King when winning juvenile hurdles at Taunton and Warwick last winter. He was sent off 5-1 joint favourite for the Fred Winter as he attempted to maintain his unbeaten streak and although things didn't go to plan that day (stopped quickly), the market support indicated how highly regarded he is by top connections. Blacko travelled powerfully on his return to the track at Chepstow last month, but paid for early exertions when flattening out before the last hurdle. That was a highly encouraging reappearance and he's strongly fancied to return to winning ways.
