The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Tuesday afternoon
BANKER
Saol Iontach(2.20 Down Royal)
Gavin Cromwell's seven-year-old mare was pulled-up on her debut before being beaten 36, 22, 36, 21 and 23 lengths on her next five outings, showing little in the process. However, she was sparked into life on her handicap hurdle debut last time at Punchestown and was extremely unlucky not to get off the mark when beaten just three-quarters of a length by the front-running Sean Says. Saol Iontach cut through the field that day rounding the home bend and was far from stopping at the line, drawing clear of the rest of her rivals. The extra half a furlong here will suit and Conor McNamara's 5lb claim negates her rise in the weights.
