Mason Jar sets a fair standard and still looks to be improving, but I'd rather stick with the equally well-handicapped Now Look At Me, who was unlucky not to win at Wincanton when last seen. Tom George's hurdler remains unexposed after just six starts and wasn't favoured by the fact the race turned into a sprint in the straight. He drew clear with eventual winner Aweeminit, who had a light weight, but couldn't repel that rival's power-packed challenge. This trip is much more suitable and George is just 1-3 (33 per cent strike-rate) at the track in the last five years.
