The Punt Daily: three to follow on an action-packed Saturday

BANKER

Thomas Patrick (1.35 Haydock)

This improving five-year-old has the capabilities to run up a sequence of victories for trainer Tom Lacey, who has done so well with Triopas this year. Comfortable winner of a handicap hurdle on his fourth start for the yard in November, he ran very well to just go down after a protracted duel to a subsequent winner over course and distance in heavy ground. The conditions will be the same today and a 5lb rise shouldn't stop him going close. (Tom Collins)

EYECATCHER

Ourmullion (2.55 Lingfield)

John Best's three-year-old shaped nicely on his return from a seven-week break this month when fourth over 1m2f at Chelmsford, shaping that this step up to 1m4f may extract further improvement. He had won his two previous starts at the Essex venue but he has also obliged here in the past and is clearly at his best racing left-handed on Polytrack. (Kevin Morley)

DARK HORSE

Knockanrawley(2.25 Newbury)

Won this race in 2014 and seems as good as ever having just been touched off on his return. Ran two fine races in a couple of big staying event last season and both trip and ground won't be a worry. (Paul Kealy)
