A slight improvement on this talented mare's pleasing comeback run from a 398-day layoff last time should make her seriously competitive here, entitled to improve for that outing in terms of fitness and experience. It was her first start over fences on debut for Kim Bailey, emerging with credit when just denied by Ultima Handicap Chase contender Fantastikas. A cut in the ground will be no problem for the selection in Friday's four-runner novice handicap chase, and all bar one of her five wins have come in single-digit fields. She might just have a class edge over these rivals.
