The Punt Acca: Jack Haynes's three horse racing tips at Kempton on Monday

Popeye Doyle (3.15 Kempton)
Stepped up considerably on his first two handicap runs when justifying support in first-time cheekpieces at Wolverhampton last time. The Hugo Palmer-trained three-year-old won with plenty in hand and looks capable of defying a 6lb rise.

Ivatt (4.52 Kempton)
Charlie Fellowes is in decent form and his handicap debutant Ivatt catches the eye. The son of Ghaiyyath matched the Racing Post Rating of his debut second at Newmarket last year when fifth in a solid-looking novice at this track last time. His opening official mark of 79 is 2lb below that peak RPR so there could well be scope in his rating.

Solar Pass (5.22 Kempton)
Luckless in running at Leicester last time but had previously been building a progressive profile. Andrew Balding’s filly posted a career-best effort when second at Windsor on her penultimate start and should be firmly in the mix if back to that form.
