Cosmic Year (2.25 Newmarket)

The drop back to 7f and returning to a sounder surface are positives for Cosmic Year, who has been below-par since chasing home Field Of Gold in the Irish 2,000 Guineas. He beat a subsequent Group 2 winner when landing the King Charles II Stakes over course and distance in May and is expected to bounce back.

Hornsea Bay (2.40 York)

Hornsea Bay hasn't won since his debut, but he's caught the eye more than once since tackling this trip, notably going down by less than a length to the well-handicapped Crown Of Oaks at Ayr in July. He's capable of winning off this mark.

Cayman Dancer (7.45 Kempton)

Cayman Dancer has been generally disappointing on turf since winning an all-weather maiden at Chelmsford in May but he has been faced with competitive contests and this represents a drop in class. He's related to two all-weather winners (as well as Highland Rocker, who ran to an RPR of 94 on Polytrack), so likely has more to come returned to an artificial surface. He looks to be on a workable mark and can take advantage in the weakest handicap he's run in.
