The Punt Acca: Mark Boylan's three horse racing tips on Monday

Summer Snow (1.40 Galway)

A 7f nursery on testing ground at this track should really suit Summer Snow, who caught the eye last time at Gowran when runner-up after the winner got first run. Her rider also dropped his whip a furlong down and surely will be keen to go one better here. Racing off a 4lb higher mark, she looks progressive and can make the breakthrough.

Angel's Trumpet (2.50 Galway)

After being narrowly denied over this course and distance last month, compensation could be forthcoming for the Peter Fahey-trained Angel's Trumpet off a 2lb higher mark. He proved that he remains in good fettle when finishing a respectable seventh in a 29-runner handicap at the Curragh five days ago, drawn widest of all on that occasion and racing out on a wing. Jake Coen's 5lb claim is bound to be a help and testing ground appears to suit fine.

Fair Damsel (4.00 Galway)

Stepping up to 1m4f has brought out improvement in Fair Damsel, a largely unexposed four-year-old seeking her first win. She posted her best effort yet on her last start at Thurles when ridden by Colin Keane for the first time, and the reigning champion jockey remains loyal to her here. There had been encouragement in the market that she could be viewed as better than her mark the previous twice when attracting support at Limerick and Navan, and the addition of cheekpieces now could eke out the required improvement to get off the mark.
