The Punt Acca: Mark Boylan's three horse racing tips at Dundalk on Friday

Once Upon A River (6.00 Dundalk)

This unexposed three-year-old should appreciate dropping back to 1m2½f after failing to catch fire over 1m4f on his debut for Paddy Twomey at Roscommon in late August. That was his first start for nearly a year so he's entitled to come forward, for all that he needs to, and switching to the all-weather for the first time has the potential to suit him well.

Pub Talk (6.30 Dundalk)

Jamie Powell is terrific value for his 7lb claim and can get on the scoresheet again with this Noel Meade-trained two-year-old, who races over his optimum trip of 7f. Effective on decent ground, the all-weather surface shouldn't be an issue and the form of his latest Down Royal win has worked out nicely.

Chica Power(7.30 Dundalk)

Dropping back to 7f could be ideal for this in-form filly, who posted a fine effort when third here over 1m last time. Fitted with a visor for the first time and ridden by jockeys' championship joint-leader Colin Keane, she shouldn't be far away off just 2lb higher than her latest outing.
