Having looked so imperious in the trial, Soft Whisper has scared off a lot of opposition with six rivals taking her on in the UAE 1,000 Guineas. Despite a slow start in the trial, she cut through the field with relative ease and never looked like stopping. The extra furlong here will suit and it's hard to see her running into any trouble given the small field. Mnasek looks the only real danger following an impressive victory over seven furlongs last time, but Soft Whisper should be able to deliver Godolphin a third UAE 1,000 Guineas in four years.

Stunning Beauty (4.15 Meydan)

Stunning Beauty has the potential to be the most exciting Godolphin runner on the card in the Cape Verdi. A winner of both her starts, it has been the style of his victories rather than the bare form that has impressed. She looks to possess a lightning quick turn of foot and has the potential to go to the top. Saeed bin Suroor is already looking towards Super Saturday, most likely the Jebel Hatta against the boys, so if she's going to be up to that standard she should win this race. The mount of Frankie Dettori, she's taken to see off the Charlie Appleby pair Summer Romance and Althiqa.
