This three-year-old clearly has his limitations, but trainer Paul George has him in peak condition this summer and although he now competes off a mark of 66 following a cosy length-and-a-quarter victory at Ffos Las 11 days ago, I'll be surprised if that stops him in his follow-up bid. He did it well when last seen, swooping from last to first under Rhiain Ingram (retains the ride) to deny an unexposed Ed Walker-trained runner. That clearly wasn't a fluke given he finished runner-up here and at Chepstow prior to that effort and he seems to be putting together a nice string of performances this campaign, which can continue tonight.
