The Evening Punt: Jack Haynes's free horse racing tip on Monday
BANKER
Supreme Yeats (7.50 Southwell)
This unexposed five-year-old makes plenty of appeal on his handicap hurdle debut. He was a beaten favourite when fourth on his yard debut in a bumper at Musselburgh in January, but the form has worked out extremely well. The first and second won subsequent bumpers and the third and fifth have already landed two novice hurdles – they are rated 127 and 123. Supreme Yeats starts off on a mark of 106 and gave 118-rated and 1-5 favourite Ripper Roo a race when second at Market Rasen last time. He sports cheekpieces for the first time, has Brian Hughes in the saddle and looks likely to prove well treated.
