Sweetspots: Prince looks likely to rule on predicted good ground

Willow Spring has looked out of form of late but a return to Yarmouth could spark some needed improvement. She is entered in the 3.50 and won the same race in 2016 at a whopping 40-1.

On To Victory won with any amount in hand last week at Salisbury and the handicapper has stuck him up 11lb as a result. However, he can take his chance under a penalty in the 7.30 at Newbury, making him 5lb well in.

Daira Prince was taken out on account of unsuitable ground at Newmarket last week when it turned soft. He can take his chance on better ground at Yarmouth in the 4.20 and Roger Varian has a 29 per cent strike-rate with non-runners returning to the track within a week.
