Sunday's free racing tips: which Cheltenham banker has two of our team purring?
Handicappers' nap
Colonel Custard (2.05 Fontwell)
Showed good form in novice company last season and is dropped in class after finishing an excellent third on his reappearance in the Welsh Champion Hurdle.
Steve Mason
Eyecatcher
Chasma (2.40 Fontwell)
Looked good over the longest trip of her career at Sedgefield last time but just met one too strong on the day. She should be competitive over slightly shorter here.
Raceform
Irish Angle
Owenacurra Lass (2.00 Cork)
Should appreciate this longer trip after being a good second at Wexford last time. Could be dangerous to underestimate off such a low mark.
Mark Boylan
Ace Tipster
Gallant John Joe (1.40 Punchestown)
Has previously ran well at the track, including a success over 6f further in November 2018, and should put in a good show.
Cathal Gahan
Speed Figures
Politologue (2.25 Cheltenham)
Gave Altior a scare in the Champion Chase and can make a winning reappearance for the fourth year running.
Dave Edwards
Spotlight nap
Politologue (2.25 Cheltenham)
One of the few horses to give Altior any sort of fright over fences when second in last season's Champion Chase. These terms are favourable enough and he's won on reappearence in the last three campaigns.
Ben Hutton
Dark horse
Zanza (3.00 Cheltenham)
Sprang back to life when winning at Newbury last time and races off the same mark. This is the minimum trip for him but the soft ground should be in his favour.

Must-have stat of the day
David Pipe's only previous runners in the Supreme Trial Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham were The Liquidator (2013) and Moon Racer (2016) and both won. Eden Du Houx can make it three from three for the trainer at 3.30.
