Signposts: Kirby looks an interesting booking on O'Meara charge

Credit: Alan Crowhurst

Alan King has had two winners from five runners when applying a first-time visor (40 per cent). The aid is given to Willoughby Hedge in the 4.15 Sandown and he is only 4lb higher than his last success.

Handicap debutants from the David O’Meara stable are always worth a second look (+£34.25 to a £1 stake). He has interestingly booked all-weather maestro Adam Kirby to ride three-race maiden School Run in the 7.15 at Wolverhampton.
