Saturday's free racing tips: our experts with their best bets of the day

Handicappers' nap

First Sitting (5.35 York)

Quality performer around this trip in recent years. Easier surface should suit and worth chancing at the likely odds.
Simon Turner

Newmarket nap

Molatham (2.55 Newmarket)

Has improved with every outing and is expected to appreciate the step up to a mile after some decent work on the Limekilns of late.
David Milnes

Eyecatcher

Society Red (5.35 York)

He ran at Ayr last time on his last winning mark and although he never really threatened the first few, it wasn't a bad effort. There is every chance he'll pop up sooner rather than later.
Raceform

Our analysts from Raceform find eyecatchers at all meetings in the UK and Ireland, every day. Essential subscribers can read their expert view on every race

Irish Angle

Dare To Flare (5.30 Limerick)

A third win beckons for the Andy Slattery-trained three-year-old who finished well when second at Tipperary six days ago.
Tony O'Hehir

Ace Tipster

Intisaab (3.50 York)

Won this race three years ago and looks ready to cash in on a mark 6lb lower than for his last success.
Graeme Rodway

Speed Figures

Indeed (5.20 Newmarket)

Broke a blood vessel last time but had earlier been progressive and this lightly raced four-year-old can return to winning ways.
Dave Edwards

Spotlight nap

Mr Everest (4.10 Newmarket)

He has no ground worries and won valuable November Handicap at Naas (1m6f) last term, following an eyecatching never-nearer third in the 2m Irish Cesarewitch. He met trouble in running behind Great White Shark at Galway on his sole Flat run this year and won one of two hurdles starts since (below form latest). He is very interesting on this return to the Flat.
Richard Austen

Dark horse

Zanza (4.30 Chepstow)

Course winner who looks to have more to offer from his handicap mark and acts on soft ground. He could cause an upset at a decent price.
David Revers

Must-have stat of the day

Since the start of 2016 Tom Lacey is 10-28 (36 per cent strike-rate) with his runners at Chepstow, for a £1 level-stakes profit of £69. His strike-rate improves to 50 per cent in bumpers (three wins from six runners) and he has Saint Arvans in that race type at 5.40.
