Bounced back to form in his last two runs after a spell in the doldrums, and went close over course and distance a fortnight ago.

Well drawn in stall three to gain a prominent stalking position, his rider Ben Robinson is likely to make plenty of use of his partner’s stamina.

This represents a step down in grade from Class 3 to 4, and Always Resolute looks well worth a bet.
