2,000 Guineas: Newmarket winner could prove a big price if returning to form

An open market for the Qipco 2,000 Guineas is reflected in a relatively tight set of figures among the form horses, with just 6lb separating the top five on current Racing Post Ratings.

Dewhurst winner US Navy Flag rates the form pick, and his RPR of 122 falls only a couple of pounds shy of the average Guineas winner, but there is a definite possibility that he was favoured by racing on the rail there.

After 11 starts as a two-year-old there might be some doubt where further improvement would come from, despite a profile featuring a progressive set of figures.
