There was plenty to like about Smithscorner's winning handicap chase debut at Wexford last month and he looks to have every chance of providing Michael Kennedy with a winner on day one of the Killarney July festival.

Kennedy's eight-year-old posted some decent hurdles efforts off 105 and 107 over the winter and took advantage of an opening chase rating of 100 when scoring impressively over 2m4f last time.
