'Under what conditions do we see that from him?' - Keith Melrose and Graeme Rodway clash on Aintree Hurdle favourite The New Lion

It would be fair to say that our betting editor Keith Melrose and deputy betting editor Graeme Rodway have differing views on Aintree Hurdle favourite The New Lion. So we put them in a room and let them argue it out.
Keith Melrose: At 2-1 up against this field, I'm starting to sense the betting public losing a little faith in The New Lion, and I can see where they're coming from. Graeme, you've been one of his most consistent advocates, what are we doubters missing?
Graeme Rodway: What is there to lose faith in, exactly? He has lost once in six completed starts, and that sole defeat was anything but disappointing. His third in the Champion Hurdle was, in fact, a career-best effort, achieved from fifth in a steadily run race in which the first two home had disputed the lead throughout. The case for him remains entirely intact.
