Johnny and DJ have their say on the big Hatton's Grace clash between Ballyburn and Teahupoo - plus their best bets on Sunday

The Upping The Ante stars with their main plays for a big weekend

How did last weekend go – did you win or lose?

Johnny Dineen: I showed a marginal loss for the week, despite having a big lead going into Sunday. The secret to long-term success is to try not to dwell on a particularly bad beat, although that's easier said than done. I still don't know how Fleur In The Park managed to grab defeat from the jaws of victory in the Craddockstown Chase at Punchestown, but he did, despite the best efforts of Cian Quirke, who couldn't have given him a better opportunity to seal the deal. When those kinds of things conspire against you on a particular day it rarely gets any better, so that was the signal for me to put away the tools and resume battle again the following day.

David Jennings: A stinker on Saturday, but got most things right on Sunday with Gaelic Warrior and Staffordshire Knot winning. Gidleigh Park is not the horse I thought he was going to be. He's very good, but he's not top class. That said, a less aggressive ride in such a hot race might suit him better the next day. This goes against what most people seem to think, but I'd love to see him lob along over three miles and see what happens.

What's the best bet on Sunday?

DJ: Eddie Cawley has trained twice as many winners at Fairyhouse than anywhere else and he can add another one to that list with Ataboycharlie in the Listed 2m handicap hurdle (3.11). He's quite lightly raced and a recent prep at Galway would suggest this has been the plan for quite some time. He's opened up at 13-2 with a few firms and that looks generous to me.
