'It's where we're aiming and you'd have to give him a chance' - key quotes for the Cambridgeshire at Newmarket

Ed Crisford, joint-trainer of Treble Tee
He's due to run in a mile handicap at Doncaster on Saturday. If he were to win there he would be a possible runner, but no more than that at this stage.

Thady Gosden, joint-trainer of Peace Man, Fifth Column, Mudbir, Westridge, Nebras, Dangerman, Theory Of Tides and Earl Of Rochester
I would say that Fifth Column and Westridge are the two likeliest runners. Fifth Column won well at York last time and has come out of that in good shape. This looks the right race for him, although he wouldn't want too much rain. Westridge won well at Glorious Goodwood and then didn't have the easiest of passages at York last time. Nine furlongs should suit him well.

William Haggas, trainer of Crown Of Oaks, Bullet Point, First Principle, Godwinson, High Degree, Noble Horizon and Treasure Time
Crown Of Oaks needs to win at Ascot this weekend to have any chance of making the cut, so he's only a possible runner. Bullet Point's prime target is a race in Australia on November 8 and the plan is for him to go into quarantine before the race, but if that doesn't happen then plan B would be the Cambridgeshire. First Principle runs at York on Sunday and if he wins there he could run. High Degree, Noble Horizon and Treasure Time, who runs at the weekend, are a bit far out of the handicap and a win beforehand would help. Godwinson is only just back from running in the Irish Cambridgeshire and is no more than a possible.
