Graeme Rodway's play of the day at Kempton

Brasil Power
Wednesday's best bets come in the evening at Kempton, starting with Brasil Power in the mile handicap (6.10) for George Boughey and Billy Loughnane, who do so well at the track.
They have teamed up for 13 winners from 63 runners at the course, at a 21 per cent strike-rate, and a £1 bet on all of those representatives would have yielded a profit of £6.45.
That record can be improved by Brasil Power, who has three wins and three seconds from just 11 starts at Kempton and is down to the same mark as when last successful on turf at Wetherby in June. He gave notice he could soon cash in at Wolverhampton on his latest start.
Brasil Power bounced right back to form that day when beaten only half a length into third behind City Of Poets and he was a big eyecatcher. He ran the final furlong quicker than anything else to be nearest at the finish, despite challenging on the inside of the course.
That isn’t usually the best place to be at Wolverhampton, which is further reason to upgrade Brasil Power’s performance, and there's every chance he can build on that at this track.
