Perth Placepot selections: Paul Kealy tackles a tricky card

Olly Murphy sets Placepot punters a poser in the first at Perth (1.20) by fielding three of the seven runners, and between them they arguably have the best hurdles form at the weights.

No Risk Des Flos looks the one to beat, though, following his commanding Southwell win. I'll also give a chance to the Fergal O'Brien-trained City Derby, who gets a fair bit of weight on his hurdles debut and had reasonable bumper form.

Kildimo is the main pick in the next (1.50), but it's a wide-open race and it would be smart to also include Flint Hill, who ran well on the Flat when last seen, and recent Carlisle winner Donladd.

Cracking Destiny and Isaac Wonder are the two to take in leg three (2.20), while outsider Delire D'Estruval is joined by the in-form Defi Sacre in the next (2.55).

Republican ran well when third at Haydock last time, so has to go in leg five (3.30). He is joined by Spirit Of Waterloo, who may resume his progression back on better ground than last time.

That leaves a low-grade, competitive veterans' chase (4.05).
Gangster should continue his consistent run if the tongue-tie works as well as last time. Katalystic, who performs well fresh, completes the perm.
