Paul Kealy's play of the day at Kempton

Champ and Paisley Park had a rare old battle in the Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury last time, but with their rivals all well below form it's questionable just what they achieved.
Neither is improving and neither is likely to be particularly well suited by Kempton's sharp track, irrespective of whether the ground becomes very testing, which looks likely.
The one most likely to upset them is surely Goshen, who loves a right-handed track and deep ground, and looked as though he'd be well worth a short at three miles after powering clear to win the Ascot Hurdle last time.
Goshen has won six of his nine starts over hurdles on a right-handed track, and his form at shorter is a match for what the old stagers are capable of these days, so he's well worth chancing with conditions right up his alley.
