1pt win at 15-2It's easy to see why Sojourn is favourite given his lightly raced profile and record when fresh, but there are others with untapped potential in this competitive handicap and Sam's Adventure is certainly one of them.

He wasn't winning out of turn when off the mark over fences on his final start at Uttoxeter last season, but it's hard to hold a lack of a previous victory against him given that he ran into a couple of extremely well-handicapped horses before that.

He was beaten only a neck by subsequent National Hunt Chase runner-up Lord Du Mesnil in this month last year (winner now 31lb higher) and was then second in January to Domaine De L'Isle, who is 16lb higher now.
