Nap of the day: the best horse racing tips from the day's six meetings on Friday, June 20

Ascot
4.20: Falakeyah
This is a slightly substandard Coronation Stakes, judged on the figures, but some of the main contenders have the potential to rate higher still, particularly the unbeaten fillies Falakeyah and Kon Tiki who head the shortlist. The selection is hugely promising and should be suited by the trip given her exuberance over further last time, while the second choice is improving very nicely. French runner Zarigana sets the standard as things stand and accordingly warrants major respect, while January and Exactly give Aidan O'Brien a solid-looking hand.
Steve Boow
Down Royal
8.30: Mark's One
Following a good run over 6f at Fairyhouse on his first start for his new stable, Mark's One looks capable of opening his account. An obvious danger is James The Second, runner-up at Limerick nine days ago with Blue Wood in fifth. Bamako, unplaced on soft ground at the weekend, is better judged on his previous C&D second.
Alan Sweetman
Goodwood
8.13: Dan Tucker
The consistent Blinky (second choice) seems likely to run another big race while there could be more to come from the unexposed Getreadytorumble on handicap debut. However, it is hard to get away from Dan Tucker who is 5lb well in following his narrow defeat at York seven days ago.
David Bellingham
Market Rasen
5.05: Matoury
Lone Star showed the benefit off a wind op when winning over C&D a week ago and escapes a penalty today but she's nothing like the force of old and low-mileage 6yo Matoury, also a C&D winner when last in action, has a more appealing profile. Next on the list is My Girl Katie, who won two points last month and now reverts to hurdling on a lowly mark.
Chris Wilson
Newmarket
8.25: Last Galileo
The handicap newcomers Gallivanted and One More Chrome both won last time and remain open to further progress, while Schemaya (second choice) is 1lb well in after her good effort at Salisbury ten days ago. However, the choice is Last Galileo, who had two of these behind when runner-up at Haydock three weeks ago, while subsequent wins by the fifth and sixth give the form some substance.
David Bellingham
Redcar
3.23: Marhaba Ghaiyyath
This can go to the lightly raced 3yo Marhaba Ghaiyyath who had a close call at Chester last Friday and pulled clear with the winner in that race. He's 5lb well in off the same mark and should be unfazed by this drop back in trip. Padishakh, who justified favouritism at Nottingham on his penultimate run, is feared most ahead of Rhythm Master.
